(August 19, 2000): Since high school.... Chuck and I were married in December 1959. We have
two son's, Keith 37 and Robb 35. We lived in Bradenton until 1967 then
moved to Tampa and Chuck finished college at USF. We moved to Atlanta and
Chuck's company transferred us from there back to Florida, then to Pennsylvania,
Indiana, and Michigan. In 1987 we decided to move back to Bradenton.
During those years I worked as an insurance adjuster for Nationwide Insurance and
Foremost Insurance. I started out handling property damage claims and
moved on to bodily injury liability specialist. My career was very rewarding.
I took many classes and attended many seminars which I enjoyed. I chose not
to work after returning to Bradenton and enjoy being home.
My oldest son met and married April (Haase), a HOOSIER, and Indiana is home to them. They
have two daughters which are the delights of our lives. My younger son lives
on Longboat with his wife Susie (Parrot) , they have no children.
I enjoy spending time with friends and taking care of Chuck. It has
been rewarding to become reacquainted with old classmates. It seems I have
come full circle. I do look forward to the GOLDEN years that we all have heard
so much about...aahhh-hummmm... I have absolutely NO complaints and wouldn't
change a thing. LIFE IS GOOD!
